Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate of R80 for orders below R1000 and FREE for orders of R1000 and above.

• We try our absolute best to ship all orders within 1 working day since your order is placed on our website. 
• We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries. They deliver within 2-5 working days from the day of collection, depending on where you are located.
• If we do run into any unexpected delays, we will contact you.
• If you live on a farm or rural area, please contact us in order for us to arrange delivery with something like Postnet-to-Postnet or Paxi. If you place your order using a rural or farm address, we will also get in touch to make alternative arrangements. 
• If you want to change your delivery address, we can only do that if your order has not shipped yet. Thus, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and new address. We will let you know if an address change is possible.
