Your favourite pair of vellies has walked a few good miles - don't let worn soles be the end of the story. Our resole service lets you choose between two trusted styles and send them back out into the world, good as new.

  • X-sole
    • Rugged and hard-wearing - built for rough terrain, farm tracks, and everything the bush throws at you.
  • Normal sole
    • A smooth, versatile finish - comfortable for town, light trails, and everyday wear.

How It Works

Step 1: Choose Your Service Option

Select either In-Store Drop Off & Collection or Courier Collection & Delivery. Resoling orders are sent to the manufacturer twice monthly.

Step 2: Professional Resoling

Your vellies are sent to the manufacturer, where the worn sole is expertly replaced. This process typically takes 10–14 working days.

Step 3: Collection or Delivery

Once complete, your vellies are returned to us and made available for collection or shipped back to your door. Most orders are completed within 3–4 weeks (up to 30 days).

Simple Resoling in 3 Steps:

  • Step 1 : Choose Your Preferred Option

    Drop-Off or Courier Collection

    Select the option that suits you best. You can either drop your vellies off at our store and collect again when ready, or choose our courier option at an extra fee for a convenient door-to-door service.

    We batch and send resoling orders to the resoler twice per month, ensuring every pair receives the same professional attention and craftsmanship.

  • Step 2: Resoling

    Crafted Back to Life

    Once received, your vellies are sent to a resoling specialist, where worn soles are carefully removed and replaced using soles directly from our factory.

    The resoling process typically takes 10–14 working days, depending on workshop capacity and the condition of the footwear.

  • Step 3: Returned & Ready For Years More Wear

    Back on Your Feet

    After resoling is complete, your vellies are returned to us for final processing before being made available for collection or shipped back to your door.

    From start to finish, the entire process generally takes 3–4 weeks, with most orders completed and returned within 30 days, depending on the service option selected when placing your order.
